Our Guarantee: Due to the handmade nature of our items, slight variations may occur. We guarantee our workmanship and will repair items damaged due to our fault within 3 months of purchase. To request a repair, email info@shopvale.com for an RA number and form. Please return the item via a traceable carrier with adequate padding and original packaging, providing us with the tracking number.
Return Policy: We offer store credit or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Returns are for merchandise credit only, minus original shipping costs. Returns after 14 days are subject to a restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges. To initiate a return or exchange, email us your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and form. Returns without an RA number will not be processed for store credit. For orders shipped within New York State, sales tax will be refunded. International customs duties and taxes are non-refundable; contact your local customs office for potential recovery. International exchanges will be subject to applicable customs and tax charges, which are the customer's responsibility.
