Refund policy

 

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns for store credit and exchanges only, within 14 days of the delivery date. All returned items are eligible for merchandise credit only, minus original shipping and handling fees.

  • For returns received after the 14-day window, a restocking fee will apply.

  • For exchanges, customers are responsible for both return and re-shipment costs.

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please email us your order number to request a Return Authorization (RA) Number and Form before sending your item back.

  • Returns without an RA Number will not be accepted.

  • Store credit will be issued for the item value excluding shipping costs, unless the item is faulty.

Sales Tax & Duties

  • Orders shipped within New York State will receive a full sales tax refund.

  • For international orders, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to reclaim these by contacting your local customs office.

  • International exchanges may incur import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Our Guarantee

Each piece is handmade, and therefore, slight variations are to be expected. We proudly stand behind the craftsmanship of our products. If an item breaks due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it free of charge within 3 months of purchase, some exceptions apply.

To request a repair:

  1. Email us at info@shopvale.com to obtain a Repair Authorization (RA) Number and Form.

  2. Send the item using a traceable shipping method, with original packaging and proper padding.

  3. Include the tracking number so we can confirm receipt of the item.
