Completion time for a custom piece with Vale is dependent on the complexity of each individual design and sourcing of its materials (including stones and metals). Based on our experience, this timeline typically ranges from 4-10 weeks. Please note that throughout this process you will be involved in each major step of the creation of your piece, allowing you to provide us with feedback and approval before we proceed to each next step.
STONE/DIAMOND SELECTION
Working with our established dealers for nearly two decades has allowed us to create long-lasting and trusting relationships. We also work with casters – all based in New York City – who practice sustainable metal recycling methods. We use 100% recycled gold with a focus on ethically sourced earth-mined diamonds, lab grown diamonds, moissanites, diamond alternatives and natural gemstones. We only work with partners who have a proven track record for ethical and sustainable mining practices.
PRICING & SHIPPING
Pricing is commensurate on the materials and complexity of your bespoke piece. It is helpful to have a budget in mind as it further informs the materials we source for your project. We will provide estimated pricing and timing after your initial in-person/video/email/phone consultation. At this time, we will also discuss shipping or in-person pick-up options. All shipments are fully insured and shipped via a traceable carrier to ensure easy tracking and delivery.
