Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • All orders are shipped via UPS Ground with insurance and tracking, unless you request a different shipping method prior to placing your order.

  • If you would like your package to require a signature upon delivery or have specific delivery instructions, please contact us before checkout at info@shopvale.com or call us at (212) 398-2708.

Shipping Time

  • Orders typically arrive within 1–5 business days after shipping, depending on your location within the continental U.S., Hawaii, or Alaska.

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive an automated email with tracking information directly from UPS.

Order Processing

  • For in-stock items, please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be prepared and packaged.
    (Please note: this processing time is separate from any required fabrication time.)

  • Made-to-order or custom pieces may take up to 14 business days to produce before shipping.

  • If you need your order by a specific date or require rush processing, give us a call at (212) 398-2708—we’ll do our best to accommodate you. We offer a rush service and there is a fee based on the style.


International Shipping

We’re happy to ship worldwide! Shipping timelines vary based on destination and customs processing.

  • International orders are shipped via reliable courier services with tracking, typically through UPS, DHL or FedEx.

Duties & Taxes

  • International customers are fully responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their local government.

  • Upon request, we can provide estimated duty and tax quotes through our shipping provider but often times it is much more accurate for you to reach out to your own country's customs office since that can be more accurate. Please reach out to us before placing your order if you’d like to explore these costs in advance.
