Our Guarantee: Due to the handmade nature of our items, slight variations may occur. We guarantee our workmanship and will repair items damaged due to our fault within 3 months of purchase. Please return the item via a traceable carrier with adequate padding and original packaging, providing us with the tracking number.
Return Policy: We offer store credit or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Returns are for merchandise credit only, minus original shipping costs. Returns after 14 days are subject to a restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges.
