About Vale

The creative duo behind Vale, twin sisters Ava and Eva Bai have always been fascinated with hands-on art. The New York based artisans are taking the standard of jewelry design to another level by crafting glamorous, versatile, and unique accessories with astounding vintage appeal. Both Ava and Eva share a love for design but find inspiration in different things. Therefore, it is hardly surprising the line epitomizes the dynamic interplay of two individual personalities.

Although both received their undergraduate degrees from Carnegie Mellon University, Ava and Eva found their passion in jewelry design and conducted their post-graduate studies in metallurgy and gemology. Much of Vale’s ingenious and fashionable collections are derived from their love of travel. Exposure to each culture has enriched their skill and technique of jewelry design. Such diversity allowed them to intersperse various types of stones set in vermeil, yellow gold, white gold, and rose gold.

The Vale duo truly encourages the importance of personal style by extending to their clients the option to create customized pieces. Another facet of Vale is creating jewelry for the woman who desires glamour every day, not just on special occasions and pieces that are ultimately wearable. Vale’s incorporation of vintage pieces and found objects to hand-carved originals translates to unique styles that are simultaneously modern and classic. Based on organic influences in both shape and form, this fresh and feminine line is effortless as it is beautiful. Vale’s goal is to continue creating fun and unique designs to complement individual style.

On the market for only a short time, Vale’s distinctive style has already caught the eye of stylists and celebrities. Most recently, their pieces have been seen on The David Letterman Show, the 57th Emmys, the American Music Awards, the BET Awards, and gracing the necklines of stars from ABC's hit Lost, HBO's Curb Your Enthusiasm, and NBC's Third Watch. Vale is available at fine boutiques such as Aura in Los Angeles, Searle in New York City, as well as other locations in the US, Canada, and Europe.

Return Policy
We accept returns within 2 weeks of delivery date. All items are available for merchandise credit only. Full credit for item returned minus the shipping and handling fee. Solid gold 14K and 18K pieces are excluded from this policy as they are all custom-made and casted per order.

Each piece is hand made and therefore may be subject to slight differences. We stand behind every piece we create. If an item breaks due to our fault, we will gladly repair it. Please mail item back via a traceable carrier with the appropriate padding. We will need a tracking number to ensure product was sent for delivery back to our studio.



Shipping Policy
All products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Tracking Confirmation and Insurance unless another shipping method is requested prior to the order. Shipping time within the United States (48 contiguous states + Hawaii and Alaska) ranges from 1 business day to 10 business days. Vale will generate an automatic email (sent from USPS) once the item is shipped. Please allow 2-3 business days for product to be prepared for shipping. Solid gold items can require up to 2 weeks for fabrication due to casting time.
